11/23: SOLID GOLD vs CLOUD 9 vs MAPS

It has been brought to our attention that last week's post contained fake news, and for that, we apologise. I say “we” but it took only one finger to press the “Save and broadcast” button, and the offending finger belonged to me, myself, and I.

Cloud 9 is owned and operated by legendary Chinese radio DJ, Youdai, who records broadcasts of his show on-site and whose decades of musical paraphernalia and history adorn its walls.

Getting to Cloud 9

Cloud 9 is 2 minutes from Wangjing Soho, in Kirin Place level B1. The simplest way to arrive at Cloud 9 is through the back entrance (rather than through the door closest to Wangjing Soho). Walk around Kirin place to the back until you see the stairs leading down to B1. Cloud 9 is down there, next to the Magnet Theatre, but remember, it's a secret.
