我炒股三年多，今年5月份莫名被拉进一个两三百人的炒股群，里面所谓的老师叫田兴铭，自称是中国海南“盛铭资本”掌门人，助理叫晓钰，田兴铭每个交易日都会推荐股票给群友买，我刚开始是不信的，后面看胜率挺高也就跟着买了，田兴铭不仅会推荐股票，还会以文字的形式讲解技术，不得不承认，田兴铭有比较厉害的证券交易知识。大概6月15日开始，田兴铭在“https://rm.kol4293.com/#/roompass/1”直播间开启直播，听众有2000多人，其中托也很多。田兴铭开始对听众们洗脑，口号是“一群人一条心一起赢”，以“资金-形态-情绪”为架构讲解股票交易知识，并许诺听课认真的让所谓的技术担当王启瑞协助安装主力监控指标。当听众们已经对田兴铭相当信任了时，田兴铭画风一转，说这些只是喝茶钱，要做就做大票，他所说的大票就是指中国上市公司寿仙谷（603896），鼓吹说寿仙谷号称药中茅台，在国际灵芝行业有非常高的话语权，他说上市公司不能私自拉升股价，与此同时就有托在QQ群里说田兴铭可能与寿仙谷有某种协议。6月23日，田兴铭要求已经被他洗脑的投资者3成仓位进入寿仙谷，后面一次直播，田兴铭接了一个电话，开口称呼李董（现在理解他暗指接电话的是寿仙谷的老总李明焱），接完电话后田兴铭说寿仙谷用来炒作国际灵芝的资金可能要滞后两周，然后表态说无论如何不能让煮熟的鸭子废了，他自己想办法，这时候就又开始有托在群里配合说要不要让老田带着大家炒灵芝。一两天后老田同意了，但必须得执行力高听指挥，然后将投资者拉入不同的群里，我进的群名字叫做“中国区客服服务1962组”，然后助理晓钰将Meta Trader 5的安装包发给了大家，并通过QQ远程协助设置后调出了Seener Tech Limtied,里面有6种中药，第一个就是灵芝。“中国区客服服务1962组”里面的客服头像全部是“云中药”，他们会发一个链接过来，然后我们输入账号就会弹出一个中国大陆的对公账户，投资者从7月4日开始截止7月14日，先后多次向云中药提供的多个国内对公账号转入大量资金，田兴铭说炒灵芝两周，资金达到翻倍，然后再次进入寿仙谷的时候获利会更高，我从怀疑到试探到沦陷到绝望。每次增资，都是田兴铭威胁资金维持率必须得高，否则会被强制平仓，我本来是第二周周三就申请出金了，因为我一直就怀疑是否能出金的问题，T加1的出金还没到，周四下午四点，田兴铭以非常夸张的虚假操作让所有的投资者爆仓，我的账户到现在是负的，其实那一刻我已经知道了就是你赚多少你是连一分钱本金都出不来的，所谓的云中药根本就是一个自己做的自己可以随意更改K线走势的假软件，投资者打给对公账户的资金都被第一时间转给了二级账户洗钱。这家该死的公司注册地在香港，我也不知道中国大陆能否监管中国香港的公司，但是有很多很多的投资者被这样的虚假期货交易所欺骗，如果是在正规期货亏损掉，那就自认倒霉，但这真的是伤害性很强侮辱性更强。我所说的每一句话都有相应的证据证明，我会将证据发在附件里，希望在此平台受损的家人们快快醒悟，你们不是亏了而是被骗了，抓紧去报警，相信一定能严惩这帮不法之徒！","translateTitle":"","tranlateContent":"","time":"2022-07-19
