无法提款，我有 13.818 美元，需要支付 20% 的税款才能提款，我支付了 .. 但还需要支付另一笔 978 美元（内部存款）， 我支付了，然后又有另一笔付款 1.000 美元（账户维护费），就是一直付到你付不起为止。
