Blocking login, severe slippage, late opening of market trading

First, most of the time the apps will logout itself. When i try to login, will receive wrong password notification. During Second try, the account will be blocked for hours with reason brute force attack!
Secondly, severe slippage on the SL, maybe this is another way they make money from trader!
Worst part is, the trading is locked almost after 20 minutes after market opened. Market open at 6am but i can only trade after 6.20am!
